Prohibited Items and Refund Policy
1. Tgo Send Prohibited Items
At Tgo Send, we prioritize safety and compliance. Certain items are prohibited from being shipped due to regulatory, safety, and quality concerns. These include:
- Fragile Products (e.g., glass, ceramics)
- Food Items (e.g., perishable goods, snacks)
- Hazardous Materials (e.g., chemicals, flammable items)
- Illegal Goods (e.g., drugs, weapons)
- Furniture (e.g., sofas, tables)
Packages containing prohibited items will not be processed or refunded.
2. Refund Policy
If there is an issue with your shipment, you must open a case within 24 hours of delivery. To be eligible for a refund, please provide the following:
- 360-degree video of the item.
- Clear images of the item and its packaging.
- Tracking number of the shipment.
Please note, if your package contains prohibited items, it will not be eligible for a refund.
