1. Tgo Send Prohibited Items

At Tgo Send, we prioritize safety and compliance. Certain items are prohibited from being shipped due to regulatory, safety, and quality concerns. These include:

• Fragile Products (e.g., glass, ceramics)
• Food Items (e.g., perishable goods, snacks)
• Hazardous Materials (e.g., chemicals, flammable items)
• Illegal Goods (e.g., drugs, weapons)
• Furniture (e.g., sofas, tables)

Packages containing prohibited items will not be processed or refunded.

2. Refund Policy

If there is an issue with your shipment, you must open a case within 24 hours of delivery. To be eligible for a refund, please provide the following:

• 360-degree video of the item.
• Clear images of the item and its packaging.
• Tracking number of the shipment.
